Services
Food and body image
For adults whose thoughts about food and bodies run in the background of the day.
What sessions are like
We notice the rules you keep about food, where they came from and what they cost you. You decide which to keep.
The method
Cognitive behavioral and acceptance-based approaches, with room for what you already know about yourself.
What this is not
No meal plans, no calorie advice and no talk of a goal weight. Nutrition counseling is a registered dietitian's work.

Length, pace and payment
Length
Sessions are 50 minutes. The first is 60.
Pace
Dalila sets the pace with you. We do not promise a number of sessions.
How it is paid
By insurance for some plans, or by card if you pay yourself. Your fee is given in writing before you start.

Questions
Three questions
Will my plan pay for a dietitian?
We do not have a dietitian on staff. Many plans cover visits with a registered dietitian only with a medical diagnosis, or limit the number of visits. Ask your plan before you book one. We can share names of registered dietitians in the Concord area.
Will anyone weigh me?
No. We do not weigh you, measure you or ask for your weight. If your doctor tracks your weight, that stays between you and your doctor.
How often do we meet, and for how long?
Sessions are 50 minutes. Most people start weekly, and Dalila sets the pace with you. We do not promise a number of sessions.
